A Worldwide Pattern of School Biometrics and Global Data Harvesting
Teachers and pupils/students will learn how to stop the school from using their biometrics any further. This only applies to what happens inside the school building — things like fingerprints, face scans, palm scans, or any other body‑based identification used for lunch, library, access, or registration. They will learn how to use their right to withdraw so the school must stop using these systems immediately and provide a different method that does not involve biometrics. This page explains what biometrics are, what the school has taken, what withdrawing actually does, and how to make sure nobody is punished or disadvantaged for choosing to stop the scans.
Parents, teachers, and pupils/students will also learn how to deal with the apps on their phones and devices, which is a completely separate issue. These apps can take information from the device itself — such as photos, videos, files, microphone access, camera access, location, and more — and this has nothing to do with biometrics. This page explains how to safely delete the school‑related apps, how to tell the school you have removed them, and how to ask for another method without being penalised. After that, you will learn how to start the information‑request process, beginning with asking the school for every piece of information it holds about you or your child, and then asking the outside companies (such as payment apps, homework apps, communication apps, and other services) for everything they collected from your devices. This page shows you each step in order so you always know exactly what you are doing and why.

Subject: Withdrawal From All Biometric Use
Dear [School/Academy/College/University Name],
I am writing to formally withdraw permission for you to take or use any form of biometric identification for [Teacher/Pupil/Student Name]. This includes fingerprints, face scans, palm scans, or any other body‑based measurement used for identification inside the school.
From today, permission is withdrawn for any biometric system to be used for:
-
meals or payments
-
library access
-
registration
-
entry systems
-
printing
-
or any other school activity
Please confirm in writing that:
-
All biometric use for [Teacher/Pupil/Student Name] has stopped immediately.
-
No further biometric scans will be taken.
-
A non‑biometric alternative will be provided for all activities, without penalty or disadvantage.
Details for your records:
-
Name of Teacher/Pupil/Student: [Full Name]
-
Year/Group/Class/Department: [Class/Year/Dept]
-
Role: [Teacher / Pupil / Student]
-
School/Academy/College/University: [Name]
-
Name of Parent/Guardian (if sending on behalf of a child): [Parent/Guardian Name]
Please confirm receipt of this withdrawal and provide details of the alternative method that will now be used.
Kind regards,
[Your Name]

What You Should Get Back After the Biometrics Withdrawal
When a teacher, pupil, or student sends the Right to Withdraw From Biometrics, the school should reply with a clear confirmation.
The reply should say:
-
they have stopped all biometric use immediately
-
no more fingerprints, face scans, palm scans, or any body‑based scans will be taken
-
the person will now be given a non‑biometric alternative (card, number, manual check, etc.)
-
there will be no penalty, punishment, or disadvantage for choosing not to use biometrics
This reply should be simple and direct. If the school avoids confirming, delays, or tries to argue, that is a red flag — and we deal with that later.
This message can be sent by parents, teachers, pupils, or students. Anyone who has had school‑related apps on their phone, tablet, laptop, or home computer can use this. Before sending it, you should delete the school apps from your device so no more information can be taken. This message tells the school, college, university, or academy that you have removed the apps because you were not clearly told how much information they could access — including photos, videos, files, microphone, camera, location, and other personal data stored on your device.
This message also asks the school to provide a different method for anything the apps were used for (payments, homework, messages, attendance, behaviour reports, booking meals, etc.) so you or your child are not penalised, disadvantaged, or blocked from school activities. This step comes before asking the school and the companies for all the information they hold, so everything stays solid, clear, and in the correct order.

Subject: Notification of App Removal and Request for Alternative Method
Dear [School/Academy/College/University Name],
I am writing to inform you that I have removed the school‑related apps from my device / my child’s device [delete as needed]. These apps were deleted because I was not clearly informed about the level of access they had to personal information stored on the device, including photos, videos, files, microphone, camera, location, and other data.
From this point forward, I do not give permission for any school‑related app to be required for:
-
payments
-
homework
-
messages or communication
-
attendance
-
behaviour reports
-
booking meals
-
or any other school activity
Please confirm in writing that:
-
You acknowledge the apps have been removed.
-
You will provide a non‑app alternative for all activities, without penalty or disadvantage.
-
No pupil, student, parent, or teacher will be blocked from school services for choosing not to use these apps.
Details for your records:
-
Name of Parent/Teacher/Pupil/Student: [Full Name]
-
Name of Child (if applicable): [Child’s Full Name]
-
Year/Group/Class/Department: [Class/Year/Dept]
-
School/Academy/College/University: [Name]
Please confirm receipt of this message and provide details of the alternative method that will now be used.
Kind regards,

What You Should Get Back After the App‑Deletion Notification
When a parent, teacher, pupil, or student sends the message saying they have deleted the school apps,
the school should reply confirming:
-
they understand the apps have been removed
-
they accept that the person no longer agrees to use those apps
-
they will provide a different method for everything the apps were used for (payments, homework, messages, attendance, behaviour, bookings, etc.)
-
nobody will be blocked, penalised, or disadvantaged for not using the apps
This reply is important because it locks the school into providing an alternative method. It also proves the person acted responsibly and informed the school.
Next Step: The Full SAR (Coming Soon)
The next stage in this process is the full request for all information the school holds. This is the most detailed and sensitive part of the entire journey, and it must be written with complete accuracy so nothing is missed. Because of this, we are currently working with Robin Hood from TheRealMeOfEngland.com to complete the final SAR wording. This collaboration ensures that every line is checked, every requirement is covered, and the document is 100% factual, correct, and safe for worldwide use.
Due to the sensitivity of the data involved — including biometric records, photos, videos, logs, app‑linked information, and any sharing with outside companies — the SAR must be exact. There is no room for mistakes, assumptions, or missing sections. Once the final legal review is complete, the full SAR will be added here very soon so you can use it with confidence, knowing it has been built to the highest standard.
